FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.         New puppy pictures are updated every Thursday afternoon or Friday.  Keep an eye on the website.

If you don’t see the exact color, sex or size that you are looking for please keep an eye on the website.   You can  place our website under your “favorites” so you can go back to it.   Another option is that we take deposits to get the exact baby that you are looking for.  It

usually takes 1-2 weeks to get the perfect baby- we will send pictures to you.

2.         CAN I VISIT THE KENNEL TO SEE THE PUPPIES:   Yes you can visit or we can

send the puppy to you with Delta or Continental Airlines.  We usually ship out on Saturdays.

3.         HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?   Shipping is approx.  $250.00 

4.         IF I LIKE  A PUPPY WHAT SHOULD I DO?    call us – 954-885-6600.  If we do not answer that  means that we are showing puppies, therefore leave a detailed message and we will call you back.  

a)      You can -PRINT OUT the “order your puppy” form located in the front of the website and fax it to us- 954-885-6655

b)      We take your information over the telephone

c)      If you need the puppy shipped to you- we ask that you fill out the “order your puppy” form from the front of the website and fax it in to 954-885-6655

d)      We require a copy of the credit card and your driver’s license or photo ID.  

e)      We then make the flight reservations and call you by Friday 6:00 p.m. with the exact time to pick the puppy up.

f)        All you need to do is take your driver’s license to the airport and they will give you the puppy- it’s very simple we do all the work.

5.         IS THE PUPPY REGISTERED:   Yes – unless the puppy is a mixed breed  they are all registered unless we specify it.     It all depends which registry the breeder chose.   We work with  United All Breeds,   American Kennel Club,   Continental Kennel Club, etc.   These registries are all the same.    All puppies have a micro chip in them as well in case they are lost.

6.         FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS:    Feeding instructions will be sent to you in writing and you can also get the information from the website.  

a) The most important part to remember is that puppies this tiny CAN’T skip meals.  It’s nothing to be scared about, they are not problematic but they do need to eat.   We do not let a puppy go home unless they are eating on their own.  Please make sure that you pay attention.  

b)         If for any reason the puppy does not want to eat for you please have the following at your home:      BABY FOOD-  chicken and rice    or Turkey and Rice  only.

Give the puppy  24cc   every 4 hours if the puppy does not eat for you.  This applies for a 1-3 lb puppy.   It’s basically almost half a jar of baby food every 4 hours.  You need to measure it and make sure the puppy eats every single bit of it.   Call us immediately if that happens so we can assist you.

7.         WHAT GUARANTEE DO WE GET WHEN WE PURCHASE A PUPPY FROM YOU?  

a)      It's very sad but we hear more than we would like.   People have purchased puppies from back yard breeders and if something happens they are left out in the cold and they do not take responsibility to cover the vet bills if something happens specially when you purchase by the internet.

b) When you purchase a puppy from us, you can be assured that anything that happens to your puppy is our responsibility for 14 days.  Puppies have health certificates and are healthy.      In case of any cold, parasites, except things that are not under our control such as Hypoglycemia  (low sugar attack, poison and other things that have nothing to do with our control.  

b)      You get a 14 day viral- that means cold, parasites, etc.  

c)      One year guarantee on genetics-  heart, knees or anything related to genetics.

We ask you to take the puppy within 72 hours to your vet of choice to check the puppy.   If you have any vet bills please fax them and they will be covered.

8.       LIFETIME GUARANTEE INFORMATION:    We offer a great program to customers that purchase puppies that are $2,000.00 and over.   Most of our customers take this option.  It's a great thing to have- for the life of your dog. If something happens and you loose your dog no matter how  many years after you purchase you automatically get 45% credit towards another puppy.    If you loose your dog, or he/she passes due to old age, etc... no matter what the reason is you automatically get covered 45% credit towards another baby.  For more information please ask our sales associates.
